The first hour matters most
is the goal
Water, smoke and microbial growth all spread while they wait, and every hour reaches further into the structure. That is why All Dry Services of Louisville answers the emergency line around the clock, and why the first visit is about limiting the loss, not only removing water.
You call
(502) 829-7913 is answered by local staff, day or night. One call is all it takes.
Assess and document
A technician meets you on site, documents the loss before anything is disturbed, and walks you through the plan before work begins.
Mitigate and dry
Contents protected, water extracted, affected materials opened only where they cannot be dried in place. Commercial drying, dehumidification and air filtration equipment goes to work.
Verify and hand over
Moisture meters and thermal imaging record progress until materials reach a dry standard. You and your adjuster get the file.
“From the moment I called them, they were incredibly responsive and empathetic to my situation. They were knowledgeable, thorough, and trustworthy.”

Who you are calling
Locally owned and operated in Louisville
All Dry Services of Louisville is a locally owned and operated restoration company, and the people who answer the emergency line are the same people who run the jobs. Our technicians are IICRC certified, including in advanced structural drying, we are an EPA Lead-Safe certified firm, and we hold a BBB A+ rating. Certifying a single technician costs thousands of dollars and carries continuing education every year, which is a large part of what separates a restoration professional from a contractor with a fan.
We arrive with commercial extraction, drying, dehumidification and air filtration equipment, and with the moisture meters and thermal imaging cameras that let us document a loss properly for you and for your insurance carrier. Quality service is often the first thing to go in this industry. It is the thing we built the company around.
Underneath the certifications there are people who care how this turns out for you. We treat your home or business the way we would want our own treated. We turn up when we said we would, we tell you what we find, and we stay until the readings say the job is done.

IICRC certified experts
Interior water damage mitigation specialists
Extraction, containment, structural drying, dehumidification, verified moisture readings, and the documentation your carrier actually needs. That is the job we are certified for and the job we do.
Every job is documented before the first piece of equipment is placed: photographs, moisture mapping and a written scope, reviewed with you on site. Contents are protected, affected materials are removed only where they cannot be dried in place, and commercial drying and air filtration equipment is set and monitored until the readings say the structure is dry.
Our technicians are IICRC certified, including in advanced structural drying, we are an EPA Lead-Safe certified firm, and we work to the IICRC S500 water damage and S520 mold remediation standards, with the continuing education those certifications require.

Hour oneArrive and extract
Standing water is extracted first, before it soaks deeper into the structure.
Days 1 to 3Contain and dry
Commercial air movers and dehumidifiers, repositioned as the readings change. Affected materials are opened only where they cannot be dried in place.
Every visitVerify and document
Moisture is measured inside the material, not on its surface, and recorded at every visit. A board can read dry on the face and still be saturated through.

Photographs, readings and notes, in the form your adjuster needs. We walk the final numbers with you on the instrument before we call it done.
Local conditions
Why Louisville properties take on water

Two things shape water damage here. A river that has flooded harder and more often in recent years, and housing where more than a third of homes went up between the 1940s and the 1960s, with another one in seven older still.
April 2025 put seven inches of rain on the city in three days, the worst flooding in twenty-eight years and the second major event inside two months. Around a fifth of buildings here carry meaningful flood risk.
Original plumbing, settled foundations, plaster walls and board subfloors do not behave like new construction when water gets into them. From St Matthews to Prospect, that is most of what we are called to.
Why this work needs a certified firm
IICRC certified restoration technicians in Louisville
The IICRC is the body that sets the standards this industry works to. Certifying a single technician costs thousands of dollars and carries an ongoing education requirement, which is a large part of why the quality of restoration work varies so widely between firms that look similar from the outside.
Advanced structural drying
Our certification is in advanced structural drying, which is the discipline that governs how a wet building is dried rather than simply how water is removed from it. It covers the psychrometry behind equipment placement, how different materials release moisture, and how drying is verified rather than assumed.
EPA Lead-Safe certified firm
Firm number NAT-F274909-1. More than a third of Louisville homes were built between the 1940s and the 1960s, with more older still, so lead-safe work practices are a routine requirement here rather than an occasional one. Disturbing painted surfaces in a property of that age is regulated work.
Instrumentation and documentation
Training covers the instruments as well as the method: moisture meters read inside a material rather than across its surface, and thermal imaging finds water that has travelled somewhere no one would think to look. The readings become the record your carrier assesses the claim against.
This is the argument against hiring a firm that says it does everything. Restoration is a specialism with its own training, instruments and documentation standards, and it is not something a general contractor picks up alongside the rest of the job.

What Louisville property owners say about our work
“This is the second time I have used All Dry to address water damage in my basement. Cam and his crew are truly the best. Even with lots of other storm damage jobs, he fit me in immediately.”
“Cam (the owner) and Chuck both came to the house and took care of my issues and performed exceptional work. They were very courteous, detailed, and did a great job.”
“Chuck came out for a quote on an issue at our house. He was honest, pointed us in the right direction and recommended other ways to deal with our issues. If we ever need All Drys services, they will be our go to.”
